Really freaking good

I didnt even know that apps existed. I always get messed up with what weight I use in my previous training. This app is really good for avoiding that. The best is the timer, I dont need to look at my watch every time, I can continue to enjoy my music and a beep occur when the rest timer is done. The only thing I want is a little : "Well done!" when we end the training and maybe some progression track as well.

Good, although has major issues

This app is well designed and quite useful during the stronglift 5x5 workouts. But I personally had issues while increasing my lifts weight. That because the app starts with very low weights (which is only good for real beginners), and when changing the units in "increments" in order to start with a higher level, the starting weight wont change, and the increment cannot be tricked. Therefore you will end up with messed up weights for each lift.. You will have to take note of your progression by another mean (Notes app for example). But again, this app is still very useful to keep track of your sets and reps DURING the workouts!

Great concept but only 5 reps and 5 exercise... Waiting for the extended version of this app...

Too many bugs that shut down the apps while working out. A shame since everything else is working...maybe an update soon to fix it ?

Makes the 5x5 workout even more efficient

Excellent support tool for a 5x5 type workout. Well designed and works perfectly, it allows maximum focus on good form, proper movement by managing all the numbers (but still allows you all the tweaking you want). Perfect!

Almost five stars ....

... Excellent app, sober and efficient. Very intuitive and simple to use during the workout. Yet I noticed two little defaults: you cant custom the weight of your barbell in the additional exercises. And since the last update the app crashes at the plank exercises.

Very good app but in dire need of a Watch app

I love this app. But what I would love more is to be able to ditch my phone and use it from an Apple Watch. With the new watchOS coming it is the best opportunity to make it. I would gladly pay extra to have it.

Really, this is the best gym app Ive ever seen. Totally focused to Stronglift tough. But for who wants use this train method, theres no reason for you not to have this app!

Excellent app to manage strength training

5x5 training is a fantastic way to build muscle and strength. Its fast, intense, and effective. Furthermore it can be done at home with very little equipment (just the heck, one bench, one long bar and lots of weight). This app is simple, objective and efficient.
