Two thumbs up!

This is an excellent app! The best of its kind Ive seen! As awesome as it is (and super easy to use), the best thing about it is not its top notch quality! Instead it is the 5x5 workout program itself! Im close to 40 and Ive been working out since I was a teenager. Ive tried all kinds of weight training and bodybuilding programs and none of them can hold a candle to the StrongLifts 5x5 workout regimen. Ive only used it for a month and already Im close to my prime, back when I was 20! I cant recommend it enough! Thank you Mehdi!

The app is like the training program itself. Simple, straight forward and effective.

Great program, simple app

Cant believe I didnt discover this program sooner. App is straight forward and easy to use. Only suggestion is to have a section where it highlights the proper form in short summaries as reminders of everything we should check (stance, arms, back, hips etc) to ensure proper form and avoid injuries. I find myself checking back to the SL website often digging through the proper form for each exercise.

Simple but effective

All I wanted from a weightlifting workout app. Simple, does not get in the way and saves me having to remember what weight Im at.

Great app, excellent workout.

Simple and great looking app. Focuses on compound exercises (squats, overhead press, deadlifts, etc). Very easy to get into the 5x5 program with this app. Keeps track for you and everything. Id check out their website for some great tips on exercise form and other things. Would highly recommend for anyone that wants a quick yet effective workout.

Great for strength and base building

Love this app everything is simple to use and follow the power pack purchase is a little pricey but worth it. Anybody just starting out or somebody who has been doing weight training all there life will find this app very helpful

There are a few nitpick UI issues I have, like ease to edit workouts or navigation stuff. Could be better, but its great as is

Solid app m8

For all the DYELs out there who want to get swole, SS and SL are your go to programs starting out. SS+GOMAD is gr8, but the SL app makes it ez 4 skeletons to track their lifts and progress. 10/10 app m8s if you wanna make it you gotta go with this app. Everyone will be miring ur sick natty gains and lmao 3pl8 squat in no time. But remember u gotta eat big to get big too (cmon).

Perfectly Simple

No fuss design which is ideal when you’re at the gym. The timer notifications via apple watch are great. Hoping that one day the apple watch will cue on weights to load and allow entry of reps…to not have to take the phone out of pocket would be huge.

Easy to use

For a beginner, working out can be daunting, but this app takes much of the guesswork out of it.
