Amazing!

First started the 5x5 back in 2010 used the app back then and that app was awesome. Then I took some time off from working out and just started again now Im April 2016 and WOW!!! What I thought was a good app back then is now a substantially better app. Love the app, love the workout, thanks Mehdi. -Luis

Just started this SL 5x5 and this app is really helping me out.

Great app

I didnt have to even use it to be a believer. Im 46 and have been lifting weights for over twenty years. I discovered the value of deadlifting and squats after multiple prolapsed discs and physiotherapy taught me the mistake of not emphasizing core training. Only one week in but the ease of use is already obvious to me. Looking forward to great results.

Awesome

This workout is so simple. Just started it, but will do it over 12 weeks and so where Im at the end. Im a 57 yr old women trying to increase my muscle mass and strength.

Everything I would have asked for!

This app is nearly perfect. If you already know how to lift and dont need videos, this app has everything youll need in a very intuitive UI.

Very Very Impressive

I cant believe how polished this app is. Feels very high-dollar. From the form videos to the one-touch set/rep tracking, to the audible set timer, Im having a hard time imagining what could make it better. Maybe, if you could set your own interval days or calendar schedule, it would be nice, but that could take you away from the Stronglifts routine, in the strict sense. Loving everything about this routine and app so far.

Fast and easy

I work almost everyday, I work awful hours but with this app I can get in and out of the gym in 45 minutes wth a complete workout and feel like I didnt waste my time everyday I go. I squat every other day and I run on the elliptical on the days I dont squat. So far I have maintained my weight but I can defiantly tell the day is going away! I love this app, recommend it to anyone who doesnt have lifting experience and also people who do!
