Easiest way to get strong

This app is great. Ive been doing all kinds of magazine and internet workouts for years but this app is finally getting me fast results. This is the first time Ive been able to easily deadlift and squat the weight Im currently at. Plus the app keeps my gym time focused, so I dont waste any time. I keep my phone on the floor in the corner next to the power rack, and hit each box as I finish my lifts. The plate calculator makes it easy so I dont have to figure out what to put on the bar. I even use the warmup calculator, and the supplement exercise too. The workout is super easy for the first 3 weeks so youll want to add some of the supplemental stuff in, if youre addicted to working out like me. I leave the gym in an hour or less, and I always feel great after. I highly recommend this workout routine and app.

Lost all data

I just had to swap out to a new phone. When I went to sign in, the Facebook sign in didnt work. I finally got that working, but now none of my data has restored. Ive lost nearly six months of data. If you use this app, strongly recommend not relying on it to keep your data safe.

Great app for starting out

I have been using this app to help me start power lifting to improve my strength. It makes it easy to remember where your at and keep track of how far you have come.

Been doing the program for about a month with the app. Paid for the extra bells and whistles and Im loving it. App runs well, is intuitive and looks nice. Exercise program seems solid and I really like seeing the consistent progress.
