This app is great. Ive been doing all kinds of magazine and internet workouts for years but this app is finally getting me fast results. This is the first time Ive been able to easily deadlift and squat the weight Im currently at. Plus the app keeps my gym time focused, so I dont waste any time. I keep my phone on the floor in the corner next to the power rack, and hit each box as I finish my lifts. The plate calculator makes it easy so I dont have to figure out what to put on the bar. I even use the warmup calculator, and the supplement exercise too. The workout is super easy for the first 3 weeks so youll want to add some of the supplemental stuff in, if youre addicted to working out like me. I leave the gym in an hour or less, and I always feel great after. I highly recommend this workout routine and app.
