Good, although has major issues
This app is well designed and quite useful during the stronglift 5x5 workouts.
But I personally had issues while increasing my lifts weight. That because the app starts with very low weights (which is only good for real beginners), and when changing the units in "increments" in order to start with a higher level, the starting weight wont change, and the increment cannot be tricked. Therefore you will end up with messed up weights for each lift..
You will have to take note of your progression by another mean (Notes app for example).
But again, this app is still very useful to keep track of your sets and reps DURING the workouts!
